I called because I wanted to book a couple pontoons for my friends and I to go out on the lake. The owner Was unfortunately not in so I asked to leave a message the lady who answered the phone told me no I wasn’t allowed to leave a message and hung up on me. Guess I’ll be going to a different company.
From the moment we arrived, Jeff and the team at Sweetwater Rentals made the entire experience effortless. Check-in was straightforward, the boat was in excellent condition, and everyone went above and beyond helping us get in and out of the slip so easily. Great place to rent a pontoon. Jeff made it easy and went above and beyond by giving some of our group a ride home to Nashville. Great guy and a great business
Our 10 friends and myself went out on the pontoon and had an amazing experience. Jeff saw my friend and i walking across the street to the gas station and he came and picked us up because he didn’t want us to walk across the busy road alone. Everything was smooth from check in to check out! Total family guy highly recommend!!! we will be back
Great pontoon rental! The boat was clean, ran great, and the whole rental process was quick and easy. Would definitely rent again!
