My husband and I were the fourth tenants to move into Sweetwater point Cottage apartments on February 1st of 2025. So next month will be our one year anniversary with Sweetwater point. We love our home and community. Love the fact that everyone has their each individual, home with front and back yards, fencing, really nice workout, room and pool . Staff (Tina and Shai) were very nice, the cottages are top notch, and the amenities are clean and waiting to be used.
The staff is very conscientious and helpful. Every experience has been positive and resulted in great service.
The trio of management (Shai, Bailey, and Jen) are fantastic, and makes the community feel like home. They're ready to support however needed. The cottage homes are cozy and it's in a peaceful location.
Great amenities! Lovely area! Perfect place to start over!
