We just moved in and the experience has been amazing. Plenty of amenities and community events. Anytime we encounter an issue or had questions management responded within minutes. Very professional and kind. Upon moving into our unit we had a few things around that weren’t working, nothing crazy just a few plugs and the door bell. Tad came out the next day got everything up and running in about 3 hours. Every efficient would highly recommend.
Shai and her team at Sweetwater are truly top-notch. From my initial tour of the property, to discussing move-in dates, and ultimately signing my lease, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly service-oriented. Staff are very nice, the cottages are top notch, and the amenities are clean and waiting to be used.
The ladies at the office, Bailey and Shai were great! They answered all of our questions. They stayed on top of our application and got us into our unit quicker than we could’ve imagined. We had to move here because our previous home had mold in it. They truly made the transition as smooth as possible. We love our new home. We love the neighborhood. The pool and the gym are top notch. Not to mention, my pups think the dog park is pawsome too! Love this place! Highly recommend. 5 Star neighborhood, 5 Star service 🔥
My husband and I were the fourth tenants to move into Sweetwater point Cottage apartments on February 1st of 2025. So next month will be our one year anniversary with Sweetwater point. We love our home and community. Love the fact that everyone has their each individual, home with front and back yards, fencing, really nice workout, room and pool .
