I unfortunately had an atrocious experience with Marks team. I was hoping maybe it would be made right but unfortunately all I received was a return phone call from the same "tech" vomiting the same excuses when we contested the bill initially. They flat out robbed us. A 2-3 hour quoted install of a tankless water heater that I personally provided the filter and housing, the isolation valves needed for the job, and the heater itself.
