Brandon and his son came to my house for a simple gas line cap and seal job. They arrived on time, were extremely nice and friendly, completed the job quickly, and then spent a bit more time helping to educate me on a few things I didn’t know. Like cleaning out the dishwasher seals, helping correct an issue where my kitchen faucet house didn’t retract well, and even cleaned out my dryer vent. I am soo happy that I found this place! Excellent from the moment I left a voicemail before hours to make an appointment and they called me back 1st thing in the morning to set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. Friendly, prompt and efficient, they sent Scott and Joseph over to evaluate the several issues that we were having. I was thoroughly impressed with these men. Called Sweetwater to fix a leak in my kids bathroom shower this morning. Their technician Eric arrived on time, examined the issue and provided clear information (cause, repair, price, maintenance). The repair was done fast and with great result. Couldn't be happier with the service from Eric. Would recommend 100%
Terrance and Josh were tenacious. They dug a hole in my front yard searching for my main water leak. They didnt give up even when the hole needed to expand. Ultimately they found the pin hole leak! They went the extra mile finding the best connectors for the black roll water pipe and ensured they had stopped the leak. All the while they kept me informed of the progress.
