I absolutely enjoy the medium roast coffee. It is the perfect breakfast Arabica. I buy the beans at Sprouts and grind them coarse there. I use a French Press. My formula is 2.5 tbsp per 8 ounces. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Pour it in to the Press. Allow it to "cook" unpressed for five mintues and then press the mix. Use a good half & half with two tbsp of brown sugar. I was drinking Ethiopian Gedeb Region but it's a darker roast. Sweetwater Roasts is an excellent local Arabica roast.
