Going there for 10 years Dr. Alford friendly, wise, but too busy--for a physical you have to make an appt 4 mths in advanced. Been seeing a PA for last few years. They have always told me to get the bloodwork and urine tests before I see the PA for physical. But this time--they only prescribed a few test, but not the impt ones like cholesterol., diabetes, triglycerides. The office worker said it was my bad--those type of tests are only prescribed after you see the PA. But that's not how its worked in the past 7 years or so. ... read more
Very helpful and very nice
The office is full of incompetent people. Had to call four times to get my prescription refilled. Every time I call someone doesn’t either pick up the phone or they forward me to someone else, and I never get an answer. How the hell do these people still have a job? I’m now in the process of going to another office because this place is a freaking joke!
