The office is full of incompetent people. Had to call four times to get my prescription refilled. Every time I call someone doesn’t either pick up the phone or they forward me to someone else, and I never get an answer. How the hell do these people still have a job? I’m now in the process of going to another office because this place is a freaking joke!

They have gone completely downhill. They randomly run your debit card for appointments that you never had. When you actually have an appointment scheduled before lunch they leave early and say they tried to call you when they didn’t so they just cancel your appointment and still charge you.. you’re better off anywhere else
