We finally installed the custom specified system that Jim put together for us. We have very hard water from a private water system reservoir. I am amazed at the difference between the new system and our legacy Kinetico unit. We are over the moon about having clean, soft water. We had showers the first night system was ready and could feel the difference in our hair and lack of staining on shower glass. I am kicking myself for keeping our old Kinetico system for so long.
