Sweetwater has been our lawn service in our 2 year old neighborhood. They have been AWFUL. They do not live up to their contract obligation. They have no rhyme or reason when showing up. They schedule treatments that never happen. And thankfully our HOA Board has agreed to cancel their contract!
The reason I am leaving this review is because this is the third time over 3 years that I have addressed it with you. There are several instances that I have overlooked . We appreciate having our landscapes taken care of by your team of employees but I can't for the life of me understand how they don't know that if they blow over plants that are on a porch with their blowers, they need to pick it up immediately. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They are also our neighborhood landscaper like the other reviews mentioned. A two year old with a toy lawnmower could do a better job. This pic is about an hour after they “cut” the grass. I even stopped one of their employees to let them know they missed half my yard and they packed up and left without fixing it.
These people drive like they on a race track on Hwy 64. Running up on cars jumping from lane to lane. Horrible
