I ordered a part online over a week ago from this company. They took the $155 out of my account and never sent the part. In addition, they charged it as a POS, which means you can’t dispute it. I’ve contacted them SEVERAL times with no response.
Sweetwater always goes above and beyond in service. I had a jet issue and Jason came that day to get the air flowing, even withstanding a wasp attack in the process. If you're thinking of purchasing a spa dont look any further than Sweetwater on 1604!

Our experience at purchasing this hot tub was phenomenal. With the guidance of Casey and Cameron We felt very comfortable with our purchase. We spoke to Paul occasionally as well and he's very knowledgeable and he definitely knows what's going on in this business. And the install was completed by poncho which was top notch very professional and really paid attention to details. Thank you everyone of y'all for an amazing experience.
