I had Gina come and test my home water this week, she was nothing but polite and professional. The whole session was very informative and I loved the fact that I didn't feel pressured at all. I'd recommend Sweetwater to anybody looking for a water treatment system and have the best experience.
Gina was amazing! Friendly, helpful, and so good at her job that I’m pretty sure she’s operating on expert mode while the rest of us are still reading the instructions. Give this woman a raise!

All around we are very pleased with every aspect of our water softener system from initial meeting with sales representative to the expert installers. We highly recommend the service rendered.
Do NOT waste your money. We had the water softener system installed five years ago with Sweetwater and it has never worked properly. Sweetwater has come out to the house multiple times to fix it, $300 per visit, and it’s still not working. I called to hopefully get resolution and the female service manger told me the system was working “just fine”. This is Sweetwater’s level of service for their properly working water softeners.
