We had Sweetwater Home Services come in this past Thursday for a filter replacement for the reverse osmosis faucet and the tanks in the garage. Santos was the technician and was really professional and polite. He told me exactly what he was doing and the condition of the equipment. He also showed me how to use the menu on the tank outside and what the various readings meant. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Gina came out and test our water (I don’t even wanna think about it before we got it clean) and now our hair is softer, our skin cleaner, and water tastes AMAZING! Without the need of any more plastic bottles, even our pets are drinking more water and seem happier! (Yeah really!) Call them up and ask for Gina, she’ll bring over her chemistry kit and show you the way to better, cleaner water!
We replaced our water softener with a Sweetwater system and have been so pleased. Gina showed us what could be improved with our water and the installation team was amazing, informative and professional.
Buyer beware!!! Don’t fall for it and DO NOT buy it!!!! I am very unhappy with this costly almost $13k water softener and sink filter drinking water system. It all began after asking a Home Depot pluming department salesman if he knew anyone who installed a water softener loop. I had bought a softener for $400 to install. He scheduled a person to come give us a quote. And said it would take only 30 minutes. Frank Gonzalez set up our system, HE WAS AWESOME! Our water treatment system was installed 2 days after purchasing it, great service. The installers were very knowledgeable, I can't say enough good things!
