This company has to do better with customer service and prioritizing appointments when a system is having leaking problems. Called 3/13/25 to get a technician come and fix the problem- there are no appointments, nor any availability for systems that are having problems. Have to wait over 2 weeks for someone to come in… service call of $135 or something like that… warranty only covers parts…. Disappointed!!
Ever since the beginning of our home water softener search 2 years ago, Sweetwater has been amazing! We purchased our system and RO and have never looked back. Very knowledgeable and upfront with information and education. Plus, their customer service support is top notch! Quick replies and great technicians to do my yearly tune up. Thanks to everyone there!
