They closed the Guard Houses here at Sweetwater a few years ago and changed over to a remote Envera system. It works 95% of the time and only gets backed up when big rig or large commercial vehicles pull up and drivers cannot pull into the guest lane there by blocking both lanes at both the front and rear entrances. Happened today at the rear so I walked the driver through the process and got her through by walking up to the box in the guest lane. Better signage a few times before they enter would surely help.
