This review is long overdue! Sweetwater did an exterior project on 1 of our 4 buildings in September 2024. The owner Ken, was extremely responsive, quick to get us a detailed estimate, and patient while we obtained the votes from the association to get the project done. The project manager David kept in communication with us throughout the duration of the project and they have an amazing photo system that I was able to view living 4+ hours away. Sweetwater has been the most amazing company to work with. The communication, efficiency and customer service has exceeded our expectations. The painting project was completed beautifully in a timely manner. My property, The Parke at Ocean Pines, will continue to use them for future projects. Amazing job!!!
Tyler and his team are awesome. I had an estimate (with several options) in my hand within 24 hours of my first call to them. They provided visual updates while they were working, as well as the finished product. We are extremely happy with the results and we highly recommend Tyler and his team.
