Yesterday I had a root canal done. You all know how scary that can be and how painful. Well let me tell you that I had a not so bad experience. First of all I want to thank all the staff who assisted with the whole procedure including the welcoming clerk and billing manager. Everyone was on task and did an excellent job. My Dr at first checked to see if she if a root canal was needed, but unfortunately I did. But that showed me how she really cared about saving my tooth any possible way necessary. I feel as though The Office staff can make some better decisions on Appointment setting much better as well as clear as effective for the patient and not themselves care for your customer give them service hassle free especially when there already in pain and having complications tooth problems or nothing to play around with I had an appointment on July 29, 2025 at 3:00 PM for a evaluation and a consultation as well as a roof canal. This dental clinic is the best! Very fast and professional staff. Dental Hygienist Lizeth is amazing she does the best dental work in sugarland and all over Houston. The doctor is great I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.
Very good experience at this office. Highly recommended. The best teeth cleaning that I’ve ever had. My teeth have never felt and looked so clean. The hygeinist was gentle and thorough. I’m very happy with my experience. Overall the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. 5 stars.
