From the moment I walked into the office Aiyanna had a smile on her face and made me feel my visit smooth. She answered all of my questions and gave me a tour on the homes I was thinking of. She was so friendly and definitely made me want to be a part of a place like LEO homes.
Beautiful property here in North Augusta
I have had a very positive experience during my several year stay at the LEO neighborhood. The leasing office staff and maintenance team have always been very responsive to any questions or issues I had during my time here. The staff plan a bunch of fun activities throughout the year and the properties are right next to a Walmart. I wanted to especially highlight my experience with Nick on my transition. This place is ridden with pests. It is cursed or poorly built. From day one, bugs have been a HUGE problem as well as them providing a FILTHY, broken apartment. The neighbor has the most annoying wind chimes and are the most inconsiderate people when it comes to their guests and parking. It is a hassle living here.
