Looks BAD on YOUR business when YOUR EMPLOYEES DRESSED FOR WORK AND DRIVING WORK TRUCKS come to gas station and THROW HOT COFFEE ON OUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS because HE didn't have his ID with him!! 9:45am Oct 21st!! Do Better!! We've got such a mess to clean up from his fit and it's all over all of our electronic equipment!!
The lady who answered the phone was absolutely unfriendly. I was willing to pay the 2k that she kept adding to if she could just get a plumber to my house and then made me call back because she was supposed to be off in 2 minutes so someone else needed to help me so she could leave.
Had an issue with a downstairs sump, they were not able to get over there for a few hours and gave me some things to try. I was able to fix the problem myself and save a bunch of money. Robert is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them before to fix a slow toilet and pump out our tank. ALWAYS great and friendly service.
I think Plumbing is like a doctor they're really not sure and they'll try other things so I think a second opinion is always important
