I think young lady behind the counter is Jan. She has helped our my wife on many items, she was looking at. She ordered some things too. Jan called when the items came in too. Very friendly service and very helpful too.

I brought my Seiko Presage here to have the crystal replaced for a small scratch. I even purchased the exact crystal for the watch to make it easy and I just needed it set. After having it for two weeks they called and said it was ready for pickup. When I got there they said they were unable to set the new glass, but they buffed the glass a bit to lighten the scratch.
