I bought the most beautiful orange cake from them & it was delicious..
The temporary banner sign has small type and a different name than the one google finds, so its easy to overlook. Like reviews from 6 months ago mention, the Sweets & Eats name, website, phone number and owners are gone. The new business that took over is Cake Me Away. That said, the business inside is plain, but clean and attractive, and the treats taste top notch. We had the chocolate parfaits, and “the Bomb” a marbled cake ball the size of a large man’s fist. Best chocolate cakes!
Now Cake Me Away Bakery! Extremely reasonably priced, and delicious food I stopped by today after their posts on facebook, and wasn't even slightly disappointed! Extremely friendly service and a small business business atmosphere from start to finish - Plus they have an adorable cake tasting table! After finally deciding on what I wanted (how do you decide when everything looks SO good?!), I paid their reasonable (even for a college student!) prices, and left.
