Very delicious 😋. The jollof rice 🍚 was absolutely amazing. Nice kick and fluff. Goat and chicken were quite tasty. You have to have the Chapman juice! Used to be a food truck near 6th Ave. Leveling up. Hope to be a familiar face.

We dined in at Sweet Pepper Kitchen for the first time last night and it was one of those evenings that just fills your heart. Authentic Nigerian/Western African cuisine – Shade and her family cooked everything fresh for us, fufu, egusi, and a spicy catfish soup – and the food is as warm as they are. They are genuinely some of the sweetest people you will meet and you can taste the love in every bite. So excited to have them in our community and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
I had high hopes for this place. Infact I stood in line for their opening. I have been let down by their erratic opening hours. Often closed when they are supposed to be open. Food is usually good and authentic. Update: I had them cater for a road trip I was taking with my Nigerian buddies. Food was top notch. Upgraded to 5 star.
