Regarding our recent trip to Grand Canyon the experience overall was fine. However, I want to share some feedback concerning the seating arrangements. My husband and I were separated and I had to sit with strangers for the entire trip- to four-hour bus ride. This was very upsetting. While this might not have been an issue for a shorter trip, the long duration made it quite uncomfortable. Consideration should definitely be given to seating arrangements for couples traveling together. Best regards, Sebnem
Loved the tour!
Erratic driver almost hit my daughter coming into MGM Grand. Didn't stop, didn't honk, SHE just drove at higher speeds than necessary in a wrap around for drop-off/pickups, taxi, vallet. When I called I spoke with someone by the name of Nan who only wanted to take the information and get off the phone with me, when I requested a follow-up he advised while dogs were loudly barking in the back ground that I was free to call back rather than taking time to call me back with a follow-up. The GC West tour through Sweetours was amazing and Ken and Stephanie made the day and overall experience that much better. My wife and I learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. What a great way to spend my birthday! We highly recommend!!!
The information given prior to the tour was excellent and my messages were answered in a timely manner by a real person! Lorena our bus driver and guide was excellent. Her suggestions to make the tour a success were accurate. The bkfast and lunch were great and the reataurants efficient. As always, the only bad thing which has nothing to do with Sweetours is people being late returning to the bus, about 20 minutes. Maybe more emphasis on that point although Lorena was very clear. Overall great tour, well organized!
