I was really disappointed with my experience at Sweetness Restaurant. While the food is inexpensive, the service was completely unacceptable. I dealt with a staff member named Nabeel, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. This beautiful restaurant sadly had a big fire earlier today, please don’t go there as they investigate the cause and there may be hazardous materials inside . Praying everyone is ok and that this place reopens😢😭. To whoever owns this establishment, i am sorry this happened to you.
We are regular customers who visit your restaurant every night. However, we have recently observed a concerning decline in the quality of service provided by your staff. On one occasion, we requested Shami Kabab and were informed that it would take approximately 20 minutes.
