Auther & Sweetland were great to work with. My daughter loves her two patio sun chairs & I was able to get it ordered remotely with no issues. Amazing & sturdy furniture for the lake.
Arthur was very easy to work with. They delivered the arbor and set it up. All went well. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 is the price. The arbor/painting and whatever went up 4 times the amount I paid for 8 or 10 years ago. Things go up but this was sort of off the charts. Other than that the service was good.
I was looking for four classic adirondack chairs in light color. Sweetland is a local small business, and they carry the Berlin Gardens outdoor furniture. Not the cheapest option out there, but high quality, sturdy and ergonomic, wide selection of colors, Amish made in the US, strong warranty. Arthur gave me a great deal, and the chairs were delivered assembled. Definitely would recommend this place.
Professional and knowledgeable group, we purchased two outdoor playsets for our church playground. Several options were available and well described. Excellent communication throughout the sales process, including an on-time delivery with an experienced and thorough installation team. Appreciate the good service!
Had an excellent experience working with Arthur at Sweetland. My wife and I were looking for an outdoor porch swing and Arthur was able to recommend the right kind taking our requirements into consideration. His follow up was excellent and he was extremely responsive to questions we had about the hooks that were installed by our deck contractor. I would buy from Arthur again without any reservations.
