The attendant twice scraped the pumice stone that is meant for heels over my ankle. It was so painful, and he didn't apologize. They are not careful here, and I would not recommend it.
They told me pedicure price included polish and when checked out told me $10 extra for Polish. Also told me when I got there that someone could wax eyebrows and turns out no one could. Dissappointed in their service. They need to be able to communicate in English. My 1st and last pedicure there!
I have been coming here for over 8 years for manicures, pedicures, and regular eyebrow waxes. They used to do good work. I’ve stopped treating myself to the manis and pedis here because the full sets are always wildly different lengths from one hand to another, and even the pedicures are rushed anymore. The eyebrow waxing has gone downhill too - today I left with eyebrows that are extremely thin, uneven, and straight. Had to go to a nail salon in town because I needed a nail fixed My nail lady lives a ways away. Ended up at Sweet nail and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Not like it used to be!!!! 1. Language issue. Different people speak different languages but if you want to live in the USA…….speak our language (ENGLISH) 2. Tech could not comprehend what I was asking her to do.
