This is the third time the Sweet Green in West Palm Beach has messed up my order. Today, I ordered a hummus crunch salad and got a salad with everything but hummus!! Very frustrated! And you cannot reach a human being to save your life to get it rectified. I am at work and cannot go back there-- extremely dissatisfied with this place.
It’s always a pleasure coming to this location; fresh, clean and efficient. Jean in particular was an awesome attendant at the food bar - provides menu overviews, consistent portions and even got me to sign up for the reward system which got me a free drink with points! Great experience.
Pulled up to Sweetgreen at CityPlace and got taken care of by Jean — super polite, cool vibe, and you can tell he actually enjoys what he does. Service was smooth, energy was good, food hit the spot. Appreciate when people make the experience as good as the meal. 👌
this is my boyfriends favorite place ever… he put me on! i love this place :)
