⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolute garbage. The worst wrap I’ve ever eaten. I honestly can’t believe this place serves food like this. The chicken was unbelievably dry, tough, and nearly impossible to eat. I took a few bites and threw the entire wrap in the trash. Complete waste of money. The entire restaurant feels like a robot factory instead of a restaurant. Don’t bother going in hungry, or being able to pick what you want in your wrap. I’ve ordered online before and had one of the bowls, and it was good, but I thought I’d go in and order a wrap. The only way to order when you get inside is to order on a screen. And yes, you can substitute on a wrap with tofu or salmon, but you can’t have rice and lettuce together on that wrap. My dad took me to this Sweetgreen. It’s completely different than every other location we go to. It is so much worse than the others. I think it’s the giant vending machine but the employees don’t care very much. This is bad for their brand. Avoid this one and go to others. Also, don’t get the steak.
