For the price + what’s advertised, it’s definitely a 3 stars experience for me. For a $20 salmon bowl, I’d expect the avocado to be ripe and the bowl to look generous. My dressing was missing so I went back for it. They gave me a dirty container that had dried sauce all over it, that you cannot hold without wrapping it in a napkin. I asked for another one. They explained that i should bring my ticket next time because they charge for 2nd container of dressing, which I think was unnecessary, considering it was their mistake. ... read more
8/20/25 8:51pm. Ran all the way here, in the rain. Arrived, manager says they’re closed for the night as there are two people still inside waiting for food. I just wanted a salad with Caesar dressing, that’s it. Horrible customer service! Horrible attitude! Greenpoint is supposed to be known for its good service. STRAIGHT TRASH.
Nick (manager?) was very friendly and very helpful. Our order seemed to be taking too long so he offered us a complimentary drink. He greeted each customer before us with an amazing attitude and reassured us our order will be completed soon. A shame to see the automated restaurants with no cashier because he was walking back and forth to the kitchen staff and customers (maybe the point of the system?) thanks Nick!
