The food is good however the store seems under staffed. Iv had to wait over 45 minutes for a single mobile order on multiple occasions, usually 30 minutes more than the estimate they give on the app. For the type of “online order” business model they pursue, it’s odd that their mobile order line moves at a snails pace
We love sweet green! The employees are so kind and helpful. Especially Suan and Naomi! So thankful to have this option.
They are usually out of something (the salmon a few times) and don’t let you know until you’ve waited in line (which can be very slow). Please stock your kitchen better or indicate what you are out of on the sign!
