I am appalled, My friend and I came for lunch from our hospital job as nurses. Not only the worker who was getting our salad together was being rude but I also found a worm in my salad moving around. I confronted the manager Diana and her response was we don’t use pesticides in our salad and my response was because you don’t use pesticides doesn’t mean you can’t wash your salads. I’m disgusted. The online ordering has unfortunately gone down hill. I’ve had issues the last 3 times I’ve ordered online. First, the salads were nowhere to be found at the pick up, I waited and waited. Finally went to the front of the store to see where they were (bc no one was in the back area). They were just sitting up there. Second time I ordered- same thing, salads no where to be found. Worst sweet green ever. Very slow, lots of workers standing around. Nearly cracked my tooth on hard wild rice.

First time having a negative experience here but it is enough. Food portion is small, staff dont look welcoming, and whoever said they are more interested in filling online orders is absolutely correct.
