It used to be so much better. I waited over 30 minutes with only a few in line. There was one server. The woman behind me was just as annoyed. I asked for someone to be brought up front to help the counter. I asked twice. Finally someone shows up and gives me a ‘look’. I know these issues come from management who clearly needs to hire and have a manager onsite. The food I ended up tossing. Sweetgreen is usually our go-to spot for a healthy meal, but this location has been consistently unreliable with its hours. Today, we made the drive over only to find it had closed at 5PM for the day after the 4th of July, even though its online hours indicated it was still open. I completely understand that businesses may adjust their hours for holidays, but those changes should be reflected online so customers aren’t making unnecessary trips, like we did today.
