I ordered my dinner over an hour ahead of time (4:30) and it said 5:30 arrival .I tracked it and watched it be updated so the order was prepared, picked up for delivery, and then on its way. At 5:27 I received a notice my order was cancelled. They said they simply could not find my house. I did not receive any call or attempt to clarify directions. The whole team were very friendly and our 4 salads were made to perfection!!!
I’ve been eating SG for a while now, however that will change. I ordered SG Wednesday night and woke up Thursday morning extremely sick …. Throwing up & diarrhea all day. I had barely ate anything on Wednesday so I know it must have been from the salad. This was also not the first time I’ve gotten sick from SG. STAY AWAY
I had the Garlic Steak and my wife had Chicken Avacado Ranch. The portions were HUGE! Both meals were great!
I usually enjoy Sweetgreen and have had great experiences, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered a Harvest Bowl, which the menu says comes with chicken — but my bowl had none. When I politely asked the staff, I was told the bowl “doesn’t come with chicken,” which wasn’t accurate or helpful. I reached out to customer service and did receive automated responses, but after that, no one actually addressed my concern.
