Got what was suppose to be a miso salmon bowl. Received the tiniest of portions. Employee looked like they barely knew what was suppose to be in it. The salmon had the weirdest aftertaste… what a waste of money.
got my order done wrong twice and found a dead insect inside, went to complain and manager was NOT useful at all. apparently they can hire any 21 year olds and expect them to satisfy customers. manager was also unreliable and i will not be coming back.

Jacob was so kind + helpful. He took the time to read me the salad dressing ingredients when I asked. And then made me the most delicious salad. And then taped it up for me so it wouldn't spill all over my car! Thank you for your excellent customer service, Jacob. :)
that shit gave me the cyclosporiasis. I ain’t going back here again!
