The bowls are are decent, especially if you need to sub any items. But the staff, depending on when you go, definitely need some better food handling training. The room was empty aside from me so not very busy, the food station was a complete mess, even as my bowl was being made things were dropping into other food and all over the counter, nuts dropping onto the other toppings.
