Had a horrible experience, picked up a few bowls and fries for the office and many things were missing. To start i went to pick up at the time it said it would be ready by and had to wait, which is fine, IF everything was right with the order. But it wasn’t. Women working told me they were cooking up a fresh batch of fries in the back and that was what was holding up the order. Finally got order and brought it was to the office. I love sweetgreen but most employees at this location are incredibly lazy and seem annoyed when customers ask them to prep a salad. Insane!! That is your job. Why are you bothered by it??
I ordered Shroomami kale salad. For $17 the mushrooms and tofu are burnt. In reality, i paid $17 just for kale. Poorly chopped vegetables. Bad dressing. The management should really work on the quality of food!!
