The Salmon looked (and tasted) like it died two years ago. You pay a relative premium price for the food, so you also expect premium product. And that was not the case
So fresh and delicious. Ross was super attentive, inviting, and professional. Was able to customize a bowl with amazing options. Ross knew everything that was vegan and was super helpful and kind. Being vegan can be "annoying" at times when I want to eat out,mainly because I feel difficult asking if the sauces have dairy and all that, and it's always way more uncomfortable when people have to go ask someone else, or read the ingredients off the labels. every time I come here I’m greeted by the nicest people. The food is awesome and healthy and I always feel great after I eat , highly recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Even though there was only one person ahead of me, I waited 10–12 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the five staff members who were working. They didn’t appear busy, which made the lack of attention even more frustrating. When I was finally helped, the service felt rushed and impersonal.
