This place is bomb, these people are tripping..
This is what you get for $22 delivered. Make your own judgements. It is not a rice bowl with toppings. It is a tiny portion, and it appears that paying $2.00 for a topping is optional for the restaurant once you pay. I would say it’s not even half the bowl, nothing is piled up.
Unfortunately, my experience with Sweet Green was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and the overall process felt unorganized and frustrating. I especially had issues with Carly — she seemed unresponsive at times and didn’t provide clear or helpful information when I needed it. It made what should have been a simple experience much more stressful than expected. I was hoping for a smoother and more professional service, but sadly that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
It's a chain restaurant, obviously. But the employees make it what it is, and they do exceptional job. 5 stars
