this location completely cannot meet promised pickup times. every time I order DoorDash from here the driver sits there for 15 or 20 minutes waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready.
Consistent (serious) delivery delays when ordering from here. Not sure what the problem is.
We stopped by Sweetgreen in Greenbrae last week, and Ross was HUSTLING - in the absolute best way. He greeted everyone who walked through the door, thanked people for their patience when there was a wait, listened attentively to every order, and was consistently kind and respectful to his colleagues. I have celiac disease and have to be very careful about cross-contamination, and Ross actually ran to the back twice to get fresh vegetables for me so I could eat safely.
