Ordered a bowl to be delivered. It was left outside an apartment no where here near mine. The cover was loose and some food was in the bag. Utensils were requested but not included.

Great customer service. No matter who is putting my custom order together, it's always someone friendly and attentive and helpful. And one of the only places I go for lunch where I'm sure to finish my plate. I go there to read a book and decompress with a tasty lunch for a much-needed break in my day.
