We love sweet green normally for the excellence of healthy choices. We stopped to get a late dinner right before closing and my daughter loves the salmon bowl. Unfortunately they were all out of salmon but Nevaeh asked if we didn’t mind waiting for a few minutes and she would make a fresh salmon for our bowl. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the food is good (when you can actually get it). Beyond that, this is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You can't reach anyone or any location by phone, which is ridiculous. The website's AI chat is completely useless, and when it tries to transfer you to a human agent, you're left waiting for over 20 minutes despite being told it will only take a minute or two. Such a well run Sweetgreen! Employees seem genuinely happy to be there! Greet you, are pleasant, polite, professional, and accommodating! It was soooo clean! I was so impressed! I used to work at Sweetgreen some years ago and know how difficult it is to keep everything spick and span and still have the food fresh and beautifully presented! I was very impressed with this location!
