I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the employees during my visit at sweetgreen . From the start, he seemed to have an attitude maybe he had a bad day or was stressed? his tone was dismissive and short but he tried to play it off as jokes or sarcasm. It felt passive-aggressive, like he was annoyed but didn’t want to be openly rude. As a customer, this made me feel uneasy and unwelcome.
