Did an online order that never went through the first time. (I live 22 min away). So I put in another online order and it said it would take 25 min to put the order together…. Waited the 25 min and when I went inside to pickup my order, it hadn’t been printed or started. So I waited some more. Would not recommend the staff at this sweet green . Paid 40 dollars for two people so I was expecting the service to be better.
I placed an order at 7:00pm for 7:30pm. It was finally made at 7:52pm. It spent almost twenty minutes “being prepared”. I watched the entire store turn-over twice. The staff basically ignored obvious attempts to get their attention including waving and standing at the counter. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is a repeat occurrence, and they are pretty much always ten minutes late with pickup orders.
