My salmon was cold as a rock when I ordered it my whole order was practically frozen there was no option for dressing for the bowls or anything online my bowl was dry and cold and gross salmon was grey and light pink looked like it was prepared days ago not fresh
Ordered a custom Chicken Caesar wrap. There was literally no dressing inside. Not even a drop. Just dry lettuce. If that was not bad enough, the ends of the wrap weren't even closed! Wide open. You pick it up and everything falls out. Probably the worst wrap I have ever had. They get two stars because the AI agent in the app was decent enough to give me a full refund as store credit.
