This five star review is not for the good food which is always great at SG. It’s for Rob’s exceptional customer service. The service was never great at this location before. If you came after 7 from work, the employees would say most of the toppings were over only because they didn’t want to refill it. Rob goes above and beyond to provide info on each item to make sure you get what you want. If he isn’t a manager yet, I hope he gets the opportunity soon. This location desperately needs an actual system for app pickups or a manager because right now it’s way better to go to the store and wait in line. Every time I order ahead, the app says my food is “being prepared,” but when I arrive, the employees are clearly prioritizing walk-ins while mobile orders pile up untouched at the pickup station. Edit : that review was a little crazy, but they have gotten much better at noticing pick up orders and they are no longer having an issue with missing ingredients. On top of that, the app has pretty good deals. Service here has been consistently slow, but today was the final straw. I waited 15 minutes while one employee took a long time checking out a single customer and then began cleaning without acknowledging anyone else waiting. I walked out.
