I have been meaning to stop in, as it is 5 minutes from my office and I’ve heard good word from coworkers. Last week during lunch, I was guided through the menu by a lovely girl who was tall with reddish hair. She had a smile the whole time and made me feel comfortable and guided from entry to exit. As a vegan, I struggle to find options everywhere, but I am so glad I discovered the Shroomami bowl. Service here has been consistently slow, but today was the final straw. I waited 15 minutes while one employee took a long time checking out a single customer and then began cleaning without acknowledging anyone else waiting. I walked out. This location seems understaffed and overwhelmed. If you want better service, try Just Salad across the street….they’re more efficient and better staffed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received chicken in my bowl when I never asked for it and CANT EVEN EAT IT. I was extremely nice to the workers about getting a refund and they informed me to do it through the app since that's where I placed my order. The customer service claimed that I told the workers that i'll take my bowl and "complain for a refund later" BLATANTLY LYING ABOUT THE INTERACTION WHEN I WAS NOTHING BUT NICE TO THEM. This is completely absurd and ridiculous. I still have yet to receive my refund. Do better.
