I'm a fan of Sweetgreen, but this location needs to improve. The portions are very small compared to other SG locations. I've been there a couple of times, and it's always the same story. Plus, the staff isn't friendly at all, they'd rather lose you as a customer than give you a little more food on your plate
Their blackened chicken is so good!
I ordered the caramelized steak bowl, and only when the order was almost finished was I told they were out of steak. I also had to remind the employee twice about ingredients that were missing from my bowl. The entire interaction felt very disorganized and frustrating. The employee seemed extremely distracted and unfocused throughout the process, to the point where I honestly wondered if she was under the influence of something. The location itself is beautiful, which makes the poor service even more disappointing.
