For several months, I ordered the Build Your Own meal from Sweetgreen on DoorDash. I love their Lime Cilantro Jalapeño dressing. Then two weeks ago I noticed that the dressing was no longer available. I wanted to reach out to Sweetgreen about it, but there is no way to call the store - none of their stores take phone calls. Had a weird issue where the app charged me and the order didn’t go through. The manager here helped me without question after seeing my bank charge. Super nice and the food was great. Really appreciate the good service!!

This location constantly forgets certain ingredients or substitutions. They even forgot chicken on chicken plates. This is a pure review of the service. Incredibly unreliable!
