LOVE this location! Great service and great food! I love the atmosphere and sitting outside, surrounded by the plants and trees.
Picked up a bowl that was the stalest nastiest thing I have ever gotten. 0/10 food quality. So sad. Used to be a decent place.
Horrible experience at this Santa Monica location today at 12 PM. The girl making the plates/bowls had a terrible attitude and was extremely lazy and disrespectful. She completely ruined the food experience for me with her terrible energy. Sweetgreen is better than this, but this specific employee makes the place look awful. Management, please train your noon shift staff on basic manners!
the black woman was extremely rude and didn’t give me time to put in my code from my app. she said “give me a minute. i said give me a minute” and put her arm over the register and canceled the order for me, when i could’ve done it if she asked.
