9/10/26: the app has been telling me for a week that there is no miso Sesame dressing. I tried calling yesterday but, their phone line is only for a recording and doesn't reach anybody. I stopped in today, as I was driving by, to find that was never the case but the employee was explaining that it was somehow my fault because I had used the reorder button instead of redoing my order from scratch. Just picked up a takeout order, my chicken sesame crunch salad was missing the chicken and salad dressing. How can you forget to put the main ingredient in the salad? Unable to reach them by phone. Now I see why you only get 3.2 stars.
Great service today and the employees were very kind.
DoorDash Delivery- This was an extremely disappointing experience. Both of our Sweetgreen orders were missing multiple ingredients, including the protein, which is the main component of the meal. Receiving two incomplete orders in the same delivery points to a serious lack of quality control. We paid full price for meals that were not what we ordered, and there is no excuse for missing such essential ingredients. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
