I ordered via the app. My food never showed up and you cannot call and speak to anyone at the restaurant. I was able to get a refund on the app but bc my order still just says "running late", there is no way to reorder. I basically wasted 1.5 hours of my day waiting for no reason.
I am a very picky eater. I loved the options at Sweetgreen.
