Food is delicious but it took 45 minutes to get a mobile order made when there are 6 people working. Everyone who comes in to order just goes through the line no problem. But you have to tell them that you've been waiting on a mobile order for 30 minutes before they even start making it for you. Food is good just get your mobile order figured out
I unfortunately witnessed a VERY rude customer, and the Sweetgreen workers handled it perfectly. You all are doing a great job, and there’s no reason for people to treat others that way. Great food and service
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a steak bowl and as one of the associates is putting my food in the bowl she tells her not to put tomatoes in my bowl. I ask why can't she and then the other young lady says they have to save tomatoes for the online orders. They have got to be joking I will never go here again. You just lost a customer! I'm this case the customer wasn't right!
Good food but consider avoiding if you are expensing lunch. I brought a client in for lunch and when I got back to the office I realized I didn't get a receipt. After walking back to the store I was told they were too busy to help me. At that point I wasted 45 min and had meetings the rest of the day. The next week when I was in-office I went back well before lunch rush, waited 10 min for the manager and was told they couldn't help me because it had been too long since the transaction (wasting another 50 min). Rude staff and experience when picking up my meal. They did not have anything available and told me I have to contact online for refund which takes another week.
