I have ordered from sweetgreen multiple times, and this time really disappointed me. I ordered a new summer bowl and the vegetable medley that I ordered from was frozen along with the corn salsa that came on it. It was like it had been in a freezer and unpackaged and just thrown on my salad when I asked if I could get a refund for the bowl offer taking one bite from it they told me that I needed to contact corporate and that there was nothing that they could do about it. Can’t share my opinion on the food, as I never received it. My fiancé and I placed an order through the app, and 30 minutes later arrived at the restaurant to see nothing was available for pickup. We asked the lady manning the counter about this, and were told they hadn’t prepared it yet. We tried to wait, but saw that they were continuing to prepare walk-in orders who arrived after us, and well beyond our initial order placement time. This location really needs to get their act together. I order from them weekly and my orders are regularly messed up. My last 4 (!) orders have been missing something. If you’re ordering in person it is fine, although the tables are usually messy and sometimes they run out of water cups.
