I have ordered two pickups from this sweetgreen where they have included ingredients that I did not order. The first time I let it go as it was edible but the second time I spoke to customer service who didn’t really care and offered very little by way of refund. They don’t seem to give a damn and were quite rude. Luckily there is a just salad just over in Post office square
The people working here are great. They remind me of the same level of energy that Southwest employees bring to their job, which is the highest complement I can give to service.
