Jennifer, one of the managers, has a terrible demeanor/attitude. Maybe this review will help her change, so others will not experience what I just experienced.
I should have taken a photo, but I was too hungry! I got to build my own bowl, and they have plenty of options, especially when it comes to toppings and bases. Tried the costly new fries, were not fresh, dreadfully floppy, a bit cold, and didn’t have the aoli garlic sauce available. Tried to call and let them know this needed correction asap. Instead got most obnoxious , we don’t care about you, AI dead end recordings imaginable. The two front counter employees were good greeters, but the food being sold needs more careful monitoring. Disappointed.
Such a great spot. Really appreciate how kind Alejandro is every time I come by. He keeps this place delicious and family friendly.
Picture one more tiny piece of sweet potato, which was sampled before we paused to think that we should take a picture and review this. That’s all $5.25 (before taxes, tips, and fees) gets you when you order the Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Pathetic.
