I ordered a salad for pickup and there was a live beetle in there... then you can't call the restaurant directly, you have to go through their app to have a complaint. They refunded the order but buyer beware they might not be properly washing lettuce. I have ordered from here before without an issue but this was not great especially for $20+

Overpriced bad business ethics. It says create custom bowl for 10.95. In the tinitest print, 'starting from'. Once it rung up it was 20 $. Obviously I could not say anything about it but even on the menu it does not specify that pretty much nothing of the custom bowl is included. It says proteins are '2-6' and the specific protein choice prices are not listed individually. The only thing that is included in the faux '10,95' marker is maybe the lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous. The portions definitely do not justify the price... read more

I was missing items from my order and also discovered a piece of plastic in my salad. I will not be returning to this establishment nor recommending to others.

I am still shocked at how Sweetgreen thought it was okay to serve this kind of food out. The miso salmon bowl was not packaged or closed correctly to begin with so it spilled more than half inside the bag before I even opened it. I came to find out that even after I scraped all the fallen parts and put them together in one bowl, my bowl was still barely half full.
