I was so excited to dig into my salad! 3 bites in I found the longest hair in my food, I could not believe it. I would not wish this experience on anyone else. Please wear hairnets and keep food area clean!

I ordered a salad for pickup and there was a live beetle in there... then you can't call the restaurant directly, you have to go through their app to have a complaint. They refunded the order but buyer beware they might not be properly washing lettuce. I have ordered from here before without an issue but this was not great especially for $20+

They are constantly messing up orders, forgetting ingredients ,and multiple times actually completely forgetting to add any dressing at all. We then have to go all the way back to the store to have them redo it or add whatever was missing. When we return, no one gives a damn. No sorry, not even pretending to care that there was a mistake. We go there so often but it’s getting ridiculous. How a salad shop constantly forget salad dressing?
