I am a full-time Dasher, and I also personally order food from this restaurant to eat. Recently, I had an order to pick up from here through DoorDash. Even though I arrived on time, I had to wait 35 minutes longer than the scheduled pickup time, and still my order was not ready. I am still shocked at how Sweetgreen thought it was okay to serve this kind of food out. The miso salmon bowl was not packaged or closed correctly to begin with so it spilled more than half inside the bag before I even opened it. I came to find out that even after I scraped all the fallen parts and put them together in one bowl, my bowl was still barely half full. I was missing items from my order and also discovered a piece of plastic in my salad. I will not be returning to this establishment nor recommending to others.

Incredibly small portions of salmon and rice. Also, the salmon had quite a few bones in it and was very overdone. Would strongly recommend against it.

I don't know what the hell is wrong with people leaving bad reviews besides the fact that they seem to be leaving bad reviews based off of TO GO ORDERS. The food is amazing, so fresh and delicious and the portions are actually way too big if anything. Loved this place, the elote bowl was incredible
