I have had a hit-or-miss experience with this Sweetgreen; for a period of time, whenever I'd get a salad delivered, the container would literally be half empty so it was like eating a side salad. After taking a break I'd go back and have a few decent salads until something else would go wrong. After today's experience, however, I will not be ordering again from this Sweetgreen. I accidentally order at the wrong location and I was supposed to get it at Fairfax Corner and not the Mosaic location, I tried to call them three times and no one answered and as soon as I placed the order, I clicked on cancel and said couldn’t be canceled since it was being prepared. I then contact customer service through the app and someone would get back to me in 24 hours and it’s now been 72 hours and no one has contacted me yet. I normally love sweet green. Not sure what has happened recently. They didn’t add any of the three premium toppings that were specified in the order. Even when the base bowl includes two. I just got a bowl of kale and rice. :/
Great place for healthy eating. Kale,apples, arugula and other kinds of greens. Proteins where very tasty. Blakend chicken, marinated tofu, beef
