I recently visited this location after a long time away and was extremely disappointed by the service. One male employee with a red and black sword tattoo was sarcastic, visibly irritated when I requested extras I paid for, and acted rushed despite there being almost no line. In addition, a female employee in a black shirt with her hair in a ponytail was dismissive and unprofessional when my friend and I simply asked about the salad she had. Terrible service.
Great, as always!
This was the only Sweetgreen location that I still came to but today I found a small living bug and dirt in my kale. It's really tragic. I had been craving a Sweetgreen salad for a while. I genuinely wish the quality was consistent. I bought 2 bowls and we ended up throwing them both in the trash. The service was excellent as usual but the kale was dirty.
