Getting to share with Shaela can only be described as going to an emotional spa where you would get a massage for your brain, and all the negative feelings in your life would float away on a cloud after each session. She is an excellent listener who asks just the right questions and makes you feel safe, supported, and human. Her office is a place where trust and guidance combine to make your soul feel loved, and that there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel, we will be able to get through together.
Wish I had more experience with this office but I've called 4 times and emailed 3 times only to be contacted about if my needs are court related. Apparently there's about 15 people work here so I don't understand why I can't even get an email or call back that would acknowledge if there is any waiting list or if they're fully booked at the moment. For a business about helping people they made it surely impossible for me to even get in contact with a counselor/ therapist let alone another office recommendation.

I wish you could leave a zero star review. I would go into detail, but because our case involved custody matters (that are still in the works thanks to the good Dr. Boilen), I cannot. All you should know is: if you are looking for someone to do a full parenting evaluation, this is not the place you want to be working with.
