Great bunch of people to work with. They were quick and responsive to any questions I had. I'll definitely be using them again.
We stayed at one of the properties that they managed last week and their service was fantastic! Everything was as explained and then some! The house had all the amenities that we needed and was perfect for our stay.
Sweetgrass Properties was great to work with during the CoVID pandemic. They kept us informed of community updates and county guidelines that would be in effect during our stay. They shared their cleaning process with us and offered additional cleaning during our stay.
Upon arrival the house we rented had a few kinks. Sweetgrass was immediately responsive, courteous and professional. Appreciated the little things like not worrying about trash and recycle day and an abundance of clean towels in all bathrooms to mention a few. Would definitely rent from them again!
