We have lived here for 2 years in both a 2 bed room and a 1 bedroom and in both years of being here they have raised the prices each year while adding absolutely nothing. The leg extension machine has been broke for well over 2 months at the gym and the unit we moved in had mold along the window and under the bathroom sink and reeked of cigarette smoke that was never resolved. Place has potential it's a nice community but the greed is insane and absolutely does not justify the constant price increase.
Sweetgrass Landing is a family friendly, pet friendly, well kept place to call home. I have lived here for a year and am pleased with the amenities, the staff and the security I feel here. Heaven at the front desk and the maintenance crew are top notch, always available and accommodating. The monthly resident activities are great!
Ongoing nightmare stressful experience with this complex I would never wish upon anyone where they claim I had no lease and charged me month to month for the remainder of my lease when I have proof that they messed up and they won’t take accountability or fix the issue, they don’t even respond to emails. I would highly recommend never renting from CRC Realty or Sweetgrass Landing
Have been dealing with an issue for over a year here that hasn’t been resolved although I have reached out constantly to try to fix it because it is incredibly stressful, but they do not seem to care.
A handful of homeowners occupy some of these units. There's an HOA that controls community rules. Had a retirement home feel.
