Purchased a Bobbin Winder for a Christmas gift from this company back on Dec 6. Still haven’t received it , nor have I received any indication that the item has even shipped. Though the website indicates delivery in 2-4 business days from the purchase. How misleading. Terrible customer service. Company doesn’t seem to care that I’ve spent almost $400 for an item I will not receive in time for Christmas.

Your web site is poorly designed. Headings,etc. take up so much space that I can only see one inch of content at the bottom of my screen. I cannot see the fibres or yarns or any of the content of the School of Sweet Georgia in order to decide if I would like to take classes with your instructors. You Need to get another web page designer that can put your content first. I and others will never buy from you online if we cannot see your product.
