After making it very difficult/impossible to cancel my account, they charged me again even after I had thought I had cancelled. Avoid this monthly subscription.
Purchased a Bobbin Winder for a Christmas gift from this company back on Dec 6. Still haven’t received it , nor have I received any indication that the item has even shipped. Though the website indicates delivery in 2-4 business days from the purchase. How misleading. Terrible customer service. Company doesn’t seem to care that I’ve spent almost $400 for an item I will not receive in time for Christmas.
This store is very friendly and has great products at reasonable price
